5. Fees & Charges

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Orders & Transactions
When a buyer places an order:
A binding contract is formed between buyer and seller
Sellers must fulfil orders promptly and accurately

Product quality
Seller performance
Delivery timelines
7. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways approved for use in Singapore.
BuySellSG.com does not store full payment card details
Funds are released according to the Platform’s payment policy
Payment disputes are governed by applicable policies
8. Refunds, Returns & Disputes
Refunds and returns are governed by the seller’s policy and applicable BuySellSG.com policies
BuySellSG.com may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee outcomes
Chargebacks or fraud may result in account suspension
9. Reviews & Feedback
Users may leave reviews based on genuine transactions.

Reviews must be truthful and non-abusive
Fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews may be removed

Platform design

11. User Conduct
